Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CloudCent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

CloudCent provides cloud cost management tools including cost estimation from draw.io diagrams or Pulumi code, real-time anomaly detection based on usage metrics, and design IaC to production drift detection. Certain features, including customized unit economics, may be available only on Enterprise plans. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the platform for any illegal purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

CloudCent and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CloudCent and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

CloudCent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. Cost estimates are provided for informational purposes only.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
